Yes, you can add a Shipt business profile to your existing Shipt account at no extra cost!

A standard Shipt profile is designed for personal shopping. Shipt Business profiles add a suite of tools built specifically for organizations: user management, tax-exempt purchasing, receipt exporting, and dedicated customer support. It’s free to add a business profile to your Shipt account and doesn’t replace your personal profile.

To add a business profile, navigate to your account page and tap Add Shipt business profile, and enter the relevant account information such as the name of your business and the business type. Once your business profile is added you can swap between your business and personal profile when ordering.

Through your business profile you can earn exclusive benefits such as Shipt credits on certain purchases, tax exemption for qualifying orders, receipt exporting, user management, dedicated customer support, and more!

On your account page tap Manage users, then Invite users, and enter the email address of the person you’d like to add to your profile. They’ll receive an email invitation to join the account. 

Once a user is added, they’ll have access to your business profile in their own Shipt app and will have the ability to place orders. Only the account owner can make updates to the business profile. 

You can add as many users as you’d like to your business profile. Added users will be able to place orders for your business but only the account owner can make updates to the business profile. 

Yes! From your account page, tap Tools. From here you can filter your business orders by date and purchaser, and download PDF versions of your receipts. 

Shipt Business profiles are available to customers with a Shipt account. At this time, Target Circle 360 members will not have access to Shipt Business profiles.

However, Shipt members are able to enjoy a variety of exclusive benefits such as $0 delivery fee on all orders $35+*, personalized shopping with the ability to add your favorite shoppers to your Preferred Shoppers list, exclusive deals and discounts, 24/7 customer service, and more member-only perks throughout the year.
