You can browse the different retailers in your area completely free of charge and place a one-time order for a delivery fee. When you're ready to commit, you can sign up for unlimited delivery with either a Monthly or Yearly membership.*
*Note: Shipt membership fees and one-time delivery fees vary by market. Deliveries under $35 with a Shipt membership will incur a $7 fee. All orders with alcohol (where available) may incur a $7 alcohol fee.

We offer alcohol delivery in select cities from a variety of retailers. If you are in the coverage area for this service, beer, wine, and spirits may be available for delivery. A $7 delivery fee may be applied to alcohol orders from select retailers.
Please note that you must be 21 or older with a valid ID to place or receive an alcohol order. Due to state and federal regulations, our shoppers are legally required to confirm the recipient of an order with alcohol is 21 or older by reviewing a valid ID at delivery, regardless of the recipient's apparent age. The recipient must also sign for the delivery on the shopper's phone.
We continually monitor, make accessible, and encourage shoppers to follow CDC recommendations. Protective equipment (gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer) is readily available for all of our shoppers. We provide financial assistance to shoppers unable to shop due to a COVID‑19 diagnosis or quarantine order.
While we understand concerns with this policy, ID scan and physical signature are still a requirement for alcohol delivery at this time.

We have long offered a Shopper Perks program that gives shoppers access to discounts on various products, including auto care. We are excited to offer an additional opportunity for qualified shoppers to receive a unique discount code for GetUpside for an additional 35 cents/gallon cash back on their next four fill ups!
Our busiest shoppers will also have a one-time opportunity to receive a special bonus in April to thank them for their hard work.

At Shipt, we’re committed to developing features and capabilities to help you build connections with your favorite shoppers. We are currently testing a feature in certain metros where shoppers will have the ability to build a profile to share their unique traits and accomplishments with you!
In these test areas, members who rate their shopper 5 stars will have the ability to view their shopper’s profile and, if they’d like, add them as a preferred shopper. Preferred shoppers will be prioritized for your orders and you can view their profile anytime within the account section of your app.
Building a profile is completely optional, so not all shoppers may have chosen to create one. If your shopper has created a profile, rating them 5 stars will give you the ability to view it. You can also access your preferred shoppers’ profiles at any point within the account section of your app.
To view a preferred shopper’s profile, go to your account page and tap Preferred Shoppers. Then, tap View profile beneath the shopper’s name.*
