How do I reopen my account?

If you’ve canceled your Shipt membership and would like to sign back up, simply log back into the Shipt app or website with your email address and password and follow the prompts to select a membership plan. If you’re not prompted to select a membership when you log in, navigate to your Account page and select a membership there. If you’re having trouble, please contact Shipt Support via live chat or at 205-502-2500.

If you were previously a shopper or driver with Shipt and are looking for information on how to continue delivering, please email shoppers@shipt.com.
