You can cancel at any time by reviewing your subscription information through your Shipt account.
Log into your account at shipt.com/login or via the Shipt mobile app.
Navigate to your account page.
Locate your membership plan then select View details.
Next, select Cancel Membership.
Choose your reason for cancellation then select Continue.
If you've signed up for a Shipt membership through Target, you're able to cancel your membership through the Target app. If you still need assistance, you will need to contact Target Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869 and they will be happy to take care of this for you.
If you'd prefer to cancel your membership placed through Shipt by contacting our customer support team, you can call our dedicated line at (205) 259-7798 between 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. CT.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Shipt account as soon as your cancellation has been completed.
Our shoppers will be happy to remove or add any items to your order, at no additional charge, before you arrive at the store to pick up. Once you've arrived at the store and your shopper has checked out, you will not be able to make any adjustments.
Your shopper will handle your items with care and that includes bagging your frozen and refrigerated items separately, or keeping them refrigerated and frozen after checkout until you arrive.

Tap Any feedback on the items?
Tap Issue for each damaged item
Tap the appropriate response and add a note if you like
Our support team will promptly send you a follow-up email. You have up to 7 days to report an issue with your order.
