What if the store is out of something that I ordered?

At checkout, you will select your Substitution Instructions for how you would like your shopper to handle out of stock items. 

  • Contact me: Your shopper will ask you about every item that is out of stock and offer substitution suggestions. 
  • Do not substitute: The shopper will not look for substitutions. 
  • Choose a backup: Browse and select a backup item for the shopper to get if your originally requested item is out of stock. The shopper will only contact you as needed.
