Yes! You can add items to your order up to 1 hour before your requested pickup window.
To add an item through the app:
- Tap Orders in the bottom middle of the screen
- Select your upcoming order
- Select Add Item or Add Special Request
- Enter the item you want to add
- Save your updated order
- Your shopper will be notified that you have updated your order
To add an item on the website:
- In the top right corner, next to the cart, select New Order
- Click the checkmark next to Upcoming Order
- Add items from the catalog with the plus sign
- Save your updated order
- Your shopper will be notified that you have updated your order
You can also cancel your order in the Shipt app before your shopper starts shopping.
To cancel your order through the app:
- Tap Orders.
- Tap the order you want to cancel.
- Scroll to the bottom of the order.
- Tap Cancel this order.
To cancel your order on the website:
- Click Account in the top right corner
- Select Order History from the menu
- Select View details on the order you want to cancel
- At the bottom of the order, select Cancel Order
