Once my order is placed, can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! You can add items to your order up to 1 hour before your requested pickup window.


To add an item through the app:


  • Tap Orders in the bottom middle of the screen
  • Select your upcoming order
  • Select Add Item or Add Special Request
  • Enter the item you want to add
  • Save your updated order
  • Your shopper will be notified that you have updated your order


To add an item on the website:

  • In the top right corner, next to the cart, select New Order
  • Click the checkmark next to Upcoming Order
  • Add items from the catalog with the plus sign
  • Save your updated order
  • Your shopper will be notified that you have updated your order


You can also cancel your order in the Shipt app up to 1 hour before your chosen delivery window.


To cancel your order through the app:

  • Tap Orders in the bottom middle of the screen
  • Tap the order that you’d like to cancel
  • At the bottom of the order, select Cancel Order


To cancel your order on the website:

  • Click Account in the top right corner
  • Select Order History from the menu
  • Select View details on the order you want to cancel
  • At the bottom of the order, select Cancel Order
