How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order in the Shipt app anytime before your shopper starts shopping.
Tap Orders.
Tap the order you want to cancel.
Scroll to the bottom of the order.
Tap Cancel this order.
If your shopper has already started shopping, please contact Shipt Support via Live Chat or give us a call at (205) 502-2500 for assistance.
