Pickup is an option available at stores in select areas and is included in the Shipt membership.
If available in your area, you’ll be able to choose between “delivery” or “pickup” when you place an order. For pickup orders, our Shipt Shoppers will go through the shopping process with the same care as any other Shipt order, but instead of heading to delivery upon completion, they will prepare your order for pickup at your selected store.
To begin a pickup order, launch Shipt on your mobile device or through your computer and choose a store. If pickup is available, select "pickup" from the delivery options screen and choose the location you would like to shop from!
