• What if the store is out of something that I ordered?

  • At checkout, you will select your Substitution Instructions for how you would like your shopper to handle out of stock items. 

    • Contact me: Your shopper will ask you about every item that is out of stock and offer substitution suggestions. 
    • Choose for me: The shopper will use their best judgement to find a good substitution if the originally requested item is not available. They will only contact you as needed.
    • Do not substitute: The shopper will not look for substitutions.
