• How do I add things to my cart?

  • Easy!
    
    Select the green plus sign next to the item you want delivered to add the item to your cart. 

    You can also click the item to see a more detailed item description, and then select the green plus sign to add it to the cart. When an item is in your cart, you will see a green tag appear next to the item that says 1 in cart.

• When can you schedule a delivery?

  • Members can place an order for same-day delivery at their convenience. Delivery windows are determined by shopper availability, and the next available window will be listed in the Shipt app when you create your order. Depending on the retailer, you may see options for either a 1-hour- delivery window, a 2-hour delivery window, or an all-day delivery window, meaning your shopper will deliver any time between the indicated hours, for example, 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. 

    Shoppers with Shipt are available whenever the store is open. For some stores that means you can get delivery 24 hours a day!
