How do I rate my shopper?

After an order is delivered, you'll be prompted to rate your shopper as well as your overall Shipt experience the next time you log into the Shipt app or website.

You will be able to rate your shopper and experience on a one-to-five-star rating system. Based on the number of stars that you choose, there will be additional feedback options you can select such as "Good communication" or "Item issue." Ratings can be edited via the Orders section in the app up to 7 days after they are submitted.

If you rate your shopper with 5 stars, you'll will have the option to add them as a preferred shopper, increasing the likelihood that they will claim your orders in the future.
