How can I contact customer service?

We have multiple ways you can contact us!

You can contact our support team via live chat on our webpage, email us at, or call us at (205) 502-2500. We also offer the option to contact us using our Shipt app!

To contact us via live chat on our webpage:

  • Go to our website.
  • Select ‘Shipt Live Chat’ at the bottom right of the browser.
  • The ‘Shipt Live’ page appears.
  • Enter your name, email address, phone number and then select Member Support.
  • Select ‘Start Chatting’.

If you would like to contact us using our Shipt app:

  • Select the menu button (3 green lines) at the top left corner of the app.
  • The ‘Shipt’ menu appears.
  • Select ‘Help’.
  • The ‘Shipt Help’ page appears.
  • Select ‘Contact Us’.
  • The ‘Contact Us’ page appears.
  • You can select either ‘Email’ or ‘Call’.
