How do I check if I have a credit on my account for a future order?

There are two ways to find out what your credit balance is on your account.

  1. Once you place your order, the credit balance applied to that order will be listed in green as ‘Shipt Credit Applied’ on the checkout page.
  2. You can contact us before you place your order to find out what your credit balance is.
