How do I change my address?
To change your address:
- Select the menu button at the top left corner of the app.
- The Shipt menu appears with a list of options.
- Select Account.
- Your Account page appears.
- Select Addresses.
- Your Address page appears. Your current delivery address is shown at the top of the page.
- Select Add New Address.
- The Address page where you can add your new address appears. There are two ways to enter your new address:
- The first way is to enter your address in the address bar. You have the option of typing in the entire address or to select it from the suggested addresses displayed.
- The second way is to select “Use Current Location”.
- The Address page where you can verify your new address appears.
- Select Save.
- Your address page from step 6 appears with your new address listed at the bottom of the page.
- Select your new address.
- The Stores Near Your Address page appears.
- Select the store you want to use.
- Your Address page from step 6 appears. Your new address should now be listed at the top of the page with a check mark in a green circle to the left of your address.
