You can check the status of your order in the Shipt app by tapping Orders on the home screen and selecting your most recent order. The order status will be visible at the top of the page.
You’ll also receive a notification when your shopper begins shopping. Once the order status shows “Shopping in progress,” you can tap View order progress to follow along in real-time as your shopper collects your items in the store.
Depending on your substitution preference, your shopper may also contact you about out-of-stock items.
