You can cancel at any time by reviewing your subscription information through your Shipt account.
Log into your account at shipt.com/login or via the Shipt mobile app.
Tap Account.
Tap Shipt Membership Profile.
At the bottom, tap How to cancel my membership.
Tap Yes, cancel membership.
If you'd prefer to cancel your membership placed through Shipt by contacting our customer support team, you can call our dedicated line at (205) 259-7798 between 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. CT.
If you've signed up for a Shipt membership through Target, you can cancel your membership through the Target app. If you still need assistance, please contact Target Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869 and they will be happy to help.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Shipt account as soon as your cancellation has been completed.
Due to legal restrictions, there are several items we cannot deliver at this time including but not limited to:
Tobacco products
Cannabis, CBD, and/or hemp-derived products including but not limited to oils, tinctures, and topical products
Any over-the-counter medication that contains pseudoephedrine
Lottery tickets
Movie tickets
Toll passes
Large pieces of furniture
Certain heavy items*
Propane tanks over 20 pounds
Guns and ammunition
Dry ice
Fireworks and sparklers
Gift cards
Items from in-store vendors such as Starbucks or Target Café
Live animals such as fish, birds, or hamsters
Live insects such as crickets and mealworms from PetSmart can be delivered
Alcohol, including non-alcoholic beer and wine **
Prescription medications
Energy drinks***
*Note: Certain products may have quantity limits due to their weight

**Note: Shoppers will not be able to deliver energy drinks with Shipt in the Palmdale/Lancaster CA metro because the law puts an age restriction on energy drink delivery and Shipt's platform cannot support ID verification for this product at this time.
It's super simple! The price you see in the Shipt app is the price you pay.
Shipt prices will vary slightly from store shelf prices to help cover the costs of picking, packing, and processing. For example, a loaf of Wonderbread costs $2.29 in the store and $2.59 to have it delivered to your door with Shipt.
Our members can expect to pay about $5 more using Shipt than they would on a $35 order purchased in the store themselves.
Shipt members will get unlimited delivery on all orders over $35!* If you do not have a Shipt membership, a delivery fee will be added at checkout to help cover the costs of shopping and delivery. *Note: Deliveries under $35 with a Shipt membership will incur a $7 fee and applicable service fees per order. One-time deliveries will incur both a service fee and a delivery fee, shown at checkout. All orders with alcohol (where available) may incur a $7 alcohol fee.
Alcohol is available for pickup with retailers in select areas. You’ll see alcohol items available in the app in areas where pickup or delivery is offered. You must be 21+ with a valid ID to order or receive alcohol.
