What should I do if I accidentally placed my order twice?

If you placed a duplicate order, you can cancel it in the app up to one hour before the start of the delivery window. If the delivery window is less than one hour away, please contact Shipt Support via live chat or at 205-502-2500, and they’ll be happy to help cancel your duplicate order.
