If we detect that you recently ordered an item that has been recalled, you'll receive an email from Shipt* and will have the opportunity to request a refund. Simply click the link in the email under “Can I get a refund?” and complete the provided form. You'll be asked to input the email address and phone number associated with your account as well as the order and product information.
