• How are your prices determined?

  • It's super simple! The price you see in the Shipt app is the price you pay.

    • If you're a Target Circle 360 member, there will be no markups (excluding select alcohol retailers and items)* when placing orders in the Target or Shipt app!
    • If you're not a Target Circle 360 member, Shipt prices will vary slightly from in-store prices to help cover the costs of picking, packing, and processing. For example, a loaf of Wonderbread costs $2.29 in the store and $2.59 when you purchase it through Shipt. Without a Target Circle 360 membership, you can expect to pay about $5 more using Shipt than you would on a $35 order purchased in the store yourself, excluding delivery fees.

• How do I cancel my membership?

  • You can cancel your membership at any time.

    1. Log into your account at shipt.com/login or via the Shipt mobile app.
    2. Select Account.
    3. Select Shipt Membership Profile.
    4. At the bottom, select How to cancel my membership.
    5. Tap Yes, cancel membership.

    
    If you'd prefer to cancel your membership by contacting our customer support team, you can call our dedicated line at (205) 259-7798 between 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. CT.

    If you signed up for a Shipt membership through Target, you can cancel your membership through the Target app. If you still need assistance, please contact Target Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869 and they will be happy to help. 

    A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Shipt account as soon as your cancellation has been completed.

• When can you schedule a delivery?

  • Members can place an order for same-day delivery at their convenience. Delivery windows are determined by shopper availability, and the next available window will be listed in the Shipt app when you create your order. Depending on your area and the retailer you select, you may see options for either a 1-hour delivery window, a 2-hour delivery window, or a 4-hour delivery window. You may also have the option to select an express or priority delivery window for an additional fee. For more information about express and priority fees, click here.

    Shoppers with Shipt are available whenever the store is open. For some stores, that means you can get delivery 24 hours a day!
