How do I edit items, ensure item quality, and/or return items on my pickup order?

Our shoppers will be happy to remove or add any items to your order, at no additional charge, before you arrive at the store to pick up. Once you've arrived at the store and your shopper has checked out, you will not be able to make any adjustments. 

Your shopper will handle your items with care and that includes bagging your frozen and refrigerated items separately, or keeping them refrigerated and frozen after checkout until you arrive. 

If you have any issues with an item on your order or would like to return, you can contact us through the app: 

  1. Go to Your Orders
  2. Find the order with the item you want to return
  3. Tap Any feedback on the items?
  4. Tap Issue for each damaged item
  5. Tap the appropriate response and add a note if you like 


Our support team will promptly send you a follow-up email. You have up to 7 days to report an issue with your order.
