• Can I have groceries delivered to family or friends?

  • Absolutely! You can send groceries to anyone as long as their zip code is in Shipt's coverage area. To check if their zip code is covered, click here. 

    To have groceries delivered to someone else, tap Account, then Addresses in the Shipt app. Add the address where you'd like the groceries delivered and select it before you build your cart. If you have any special notes or delivery instructions for your shopper be sure to add them at checkout.

• How do I cancel my membership?

  • You can cancel at any time by reviewing your subscription information through your Shipt account.

    1. Log into your account at shipt.com/login or via the Shipt mobile app.
    2. Tap Account.
    3. Tap Shipt Membership Profile.
    4. At the bottom, tap How to cancel my membership.
    5. Tap Yes, cancel membership.

    If you'd prefer to cancel your membership placed through Shipt by contacting our customer support team, you can call our dedicated line at (205) 259-7798 between 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. CT.

    If you've signed up for a Shipt membership through Target, you can cancel your membership through the Target app. If you still need assistance, please contact Target Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869 and they will be happy to help. 

    A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Shipt account as soon as your cancellation has been completed.
