Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. Show your shopper some love and appreciation by tipping any amount of your choice! You may tip in cash or within the app after you receive your delivery and 100% of your tip will go to the shopper.*
*Note: Shipt credits and Shipt gift cards cannot be used for shopper tips.
It's super simple! The price you see in the Shipt app is the price you pay.
Shipt prices will vary slightly from store shelf prices to help cover the costs of picking, packing, and processing. For example, a loaf of Wonderbread costs $2.29 in the store and $2.59 to have it delivered to your door using Shipt.
Our members can expect to pay about $5 more using Shipt than they would on a $35 order purchased in the store themselves.
Shipt members will get unlimited delivery on all orders over $35!* If you do not have a Shipt membership, a delivery fee will be added at checkout to help cover the costs of shopping and delivery.
*Note: Deliveries under $35 with a Shipt membership will incur a $7 fee and applicable service fees per order. One-time deliveries will incur both a service fee and a delivery fee, shown at checkout. All orders with alcohol (where available) may incur a $7 alcohol fee.
You can cancel at any time by reviewing your subscription information through your Shipt account.
Log into your account at shipt.com/login or via the Shipt mobile app.
Tap Account.
Tap Shipt Membership Profile.
At the bottom, tap How to cancel my membership.
Tap Yes, cancel membership.

If you've signed up for a Shipt membership through Target, you can cancel your membership through the Target app. If you still need assistance, please contact Target Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869 and they will be happy to help.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Shipt account as soon as your cancellation has been completed.
