Yes! Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. You can add a tip for your shopper at checkout, tip in cash at delivery, or add a tip after your order has been delivered by logging back into your Shipt account via the app or website.* 100% of your tip will go to your shopper. *Note: Shipt credits and Shipt gift cards cannot be used for shopper tips.
It's super simple! The price you see in the Shipt app is the price you pay.
If you're a Target Circle 360 member, there will be no markups (excluding select alcohol retailers and items)* when placing orders in the Target or Shipt app!
If you're not a Target Circle 360 member, Shipt prices will vary slightly from in-store prices to help cover the costs of picking, packing, and processing. For example, a loaf of Wonderbread costs $2.29 in the store and $2.59 when you purchase it through Shipt. Without a Target Circle 360 membership, you can expect to pay about $5 more using Shipt than you would on a $35 order purchased in the store yourself, excluding delivery fees.
Shipt and Target Circle 360 members will get unlimited delivery on all orders over $35!** If you do not have a Shipt or Target Circle 360 membership, a delivery fee will be added at checkout to help cover the costs of shopping and delivery.

Log into your account at shipt.com/login or via the Shipt mobile app.
Select Account.
Select Shipt Membership Profile.
At the bottom, select How to cancel my membership.
Tap Yes, cancel membership.

If you signed up for a Shipt membership through Target, you can cancel your membership through the Target app. If you still need assistance, please contact Target Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869 and they will be happy to help.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Shipt account as soon as your cancellation has been completed.
