Can I change the email on my account?

Yes! You can change your email through your account settings at on the website or the Shipt app.


On the website:

  • Log into your account at shipt.com/shop.
  • Select Account then Profile in the top-right corner.
  • You will see the name, phone number, and email address associated with the account.
  • Select Edit to change your information.


 In the app:

  • Log into your Shipt app.
  • Select Account in the bottom-right corner.
  • You will see the name, phone number, and email address associated with the account.
  • Tap Edit to change your information.
