  • If you don’t see SNAP EBT as a payment option, first ensure that your Shipt app is up to date. If you are still having trouble using your SNAP EBT card, please contact our support team via: 

    • Live Chat on our webpage or via the Help section in the app.

    • Call us at (205) 502-2500

    Keep in mind that Shipt only offers SNAP EBT with Meijer and Target in select states at this time. If SNAP EBT is not available in your area, be sure to check back in later as we will be expanding participation to more retailers in the future.

• What if I want only to use some of my SNAP benefits or don't have enough funds to cover my order balance?

  • You can edit the amount you want to charge to your EBT card at checkout:

    • Tap Change next to your payment method.
    • Toggle the “Split payments” option to on.
    • Enter the amount you’d like to charge to your EBT card. Please note that EBT funds can only be applied to eligible items.
