Why is my Shopper Signup screen grayed out? Did I do something wrong?

  • To allow for equal opportunity for all potential shoppers, we unfortunately cannot change the area where you initially signed up. However, once you complete your sign-up and are authorized to shop or drive on the Shipt platform, you can update your location in the app.

  • Once you complete your sign-up, you can expect an email from our Onboarding Team as soon as an opening becomes available!

    We evaluate the performance of every market on a weekly basis and, as soon as there is availability in your area, we will let you know how to complete your sign-up.
