• How do I pay using my Shipt Credit?

  • Shipt credits are automatically applied to your next order.  At check out, you’ll see your credits appear in green in the breakdown of charges as Shipt Credit Applied.

    Please note that Shipt credits cannot be applied to delivery fees or converted to Shipt Passes. While Shipt credits can be applied to orders containing alcohol, they cannot be applied to alcohol* items. 

    *Note: you must be 21+ and have a valid ID to order and/or receive alcohol.

• What are Shipt credits?

  • A Shipt credit is an in-app balance that will automatically be deducted from the next order you place with Shipt.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We currently accept all major US credit and debit cards, including reloadable gift cards. To be used through Shipt, these cards must have a three-digit CVC code, usually located on the back of the card.

    Target Circle Mastercard can be used to purchase items, and the 5% discount will be applied to Shipt purchases.*

    In select metros, these additional payment options may be available on shipt.com:

    • Cash App Pay: Cash App Pay is a payment option that lets customers pay directly through their Cash App Pay accounts using a linked bank account, debit card, or Cash App Pay balance.
    • Pay with Bank: A payment method that connects directly to your bank account for fast and easy transactions.
    • Link: A payment service by Stripe that securely saves your payment information for faster checkout.
    • Klarna: A "Buy Now, Pay Later" service that lets you split payments into smaller installments or pay in full later.

• Can I add or change my tip after my order is delivered?

  • You can add a tip for your shopper at any point after your order has been delivered. You will also get a reminder to tip and rate your previous shopper the next time you log into your Shipt account.

    After your tip is submitted, you'll have a limited amount of time to adjust it in the app.
