I applied for an area that does not have positions currently available. Is there an opportunity for me to change and/or add another area on my application?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or add a zone on your application. To allow for equal opportunity for all applicants within the areas they have chosen to apply, it is Shipt's policy to retain your application for the area you initially selected. We will hire you for that particular zone, but you will be able to shop in any of Shipt's zones once you are an approved Shipt Shopper! We evaluate our need for new shoppers weekly so we will reach out to you with the next step as soon as a position becomes available.
