• What happens once my complimentary membership ends?

  • • For Visa Infinite cardholders, all memberships are auto-renewed into the paid annual membership at the then-current annual rate.
      
      
    • For all other Visa consumer credit cardholders who do not have a Shipt membership, complimentary memberships are auto-renewed into the discount memberships. Once the discounted membership ends, cardholders are auto-renewed into the paid monthly membership at the then-current monthly rate. For Visa consumer credit cardholders who already have a Shipt membership, once the complimentary extension of membership ends, cardholders are auto-renewed into the paid membership at the then-current rate.
      
      You may cancel your membership at any time before the renewal dates.

• How do I change my address?

  • To change your delivery address:

    • On the app, tap the Account button in the bottom right corner. 
    • On the website, click the Account button in the top right corner.
    • Select Addresses.
    • Select Add new address to add a brand new address.
    • Tap Edit or Remove under an existing address to change or remove it.*
      *Note: you cannot remove the default address that's currently selected for delivery.

• Can I check out the app before I buy a membership?

  • Sure, just download the app and sign up for an account! Or, if you prefer to browse on desktop, simply go to shipt.com/shop to get started.

    You can browse the different retailers in your area completely free of charge and place a one-time order for a delivery fee. When you're ready to commit, you can sign up for unlimited delivery with either a Monthly or Yearly membership.*

    *Note: Shipt membership fees and one-time delivery fees vary by market. Deliveries under $35 with a Shipt membership will incur a $7 fee. All orders with alcohol (where available) may incur a $7 alcohol fee.

• What if I don't have a cell phone or mobile device?

  • That's okay, you can still use our service here! 

    Please keep in mind that, depending on your substitution preferences, your shopper will text you regarding out-of-stock items on your order. If you cannot receive text messages, please type in the Delivery Notes that you only have a landline, and your shopper will give you a quick call instead.
