  • Yes! Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. You can add a tip for your shopper at checkout, tip in cash at delivery, or add a tip after your order has been delivered by logging back into your Shipt account via the app or website.* 100% of your tip will go to your shopper.

• Do you have a delivery fee?

  • Delivery fees help cover the costs of fulfilling your order and will vary based on membership status and order total. Shipt members enjoy $0 delivery fees on all orders over $35. For member orders under $35, there is a $7 delivery fee. One-time deliveries without a membership have a $10 delivery fee.

    In areas where alcohol* delivery is available, a $7 delivery fee may be applied to alcohol orders from select retailers. 
    *You must be 21+ and have a valid ID to order or receive alcohol.
