What do I do if my order isn't claimed by a shopper?

If an unexpected issue arises and we're unable to deliver your order in the requested delivery window, we’ll automatically reschedule it for the next available delivery window.  

If the new delivery window doesn’t work with your schedule, you can give us a call at 205-502-2500 or join Live Chat to reschedule it for a date and time that works better for you.
