If you have an existing Shipt account, you can redeem a Shipt gift card by navigating to the Account screen on the Shipt app or website, selecting Wallet, selecting Redeem gift card under the Credit balance section, and then entering the code that you received via email.
If you are new to Shipt, you'll first need to create a Shipt account to redeem your gift card.

Shipt credits are automatically applied to your next order. At check out, you’ll see your credits appear in green in the breakdown of charges as Shipt Credit Applied.
Please note that Shipt credits cannot be applied to delivery fees or converted to Shipt Passes. While Shipt credits can be applied to orders containing alcohol, they cannot be applied to alcohol* items.

At this time, Shipt does not accept EBT Cash or WIC as forms of payment.
A Shipt credit is an in-app balance that will automatically be deducted from the next order you place with Shipt.
