• Can I pay for my order using a gift card?

  • If it's a Visa, or a similar reloadable gift card, then yes! At this time, store gift cards cannot be used towards Shipt orders. 

    Shipt gift cards can be redeemed in the Shipt app for Shipt credits which will automatically apply at checkout.

    Otherwise, we can only accept debit or credit cards in the app.

• Do I need a Shipt membership to use my SNAP EBT card for grocery delivery?

  • No, a Shipt membership is not required to shop with your SNAP EBT card. However, you will need a Shipt account to place an order. You will also need a second form of payment for any delivery fees, service fees, tips, etc. One benefit of purchasing a membership is $0 delivery fees on orders of $35 or more.
