Yes, you can add items to your order up to an hour before your delivery or pickup window begins.
To increase the amount charged to your EBT card after adding additional SNAP-eligible items, return to the payment details section of your order and select Update Amount. You will then be prompted to enter the additional amount you'd like to charge to your EBT card and to enter your PIN.
If you do not opt to increase the amount charged to your EBT card, and the cost of the additional SNAP-eligible items exceeds the original SNAP EBT order total, these items will be charged to your secondary payment method.
No, delivery fees and other associated fees cannot be paid for with SNAP benefits. Only state-mandated bottle deposit fees can be paid with your SNAP benefits. All other fees will be charged to your secondary payment method.
Shipt only accepts SNAP EBT with Meijer and Target in select states at this time.
Please note that Shipt will be rolling out SNAP EBT to more retailers and states in the future, so if you aren’t seeing this as a payment option in your area yet, please check back soon.
