How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel at any time by reviewing your subscription information through your Shipt account.

  1. Log into your account at shipt.com/login or via the Shipt mobile app.
  2. Navigate to your account page.
  3. Locate your membership plan then select View details.
  4. Next, select Cancel Membership
  5. Choose your reason for cancellation then select Continue.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Shipt account as soon as your cancellation has been completed.
