You can cancel at any time by reviewing your subscription information through your Shipt account.
- Log into your account at shipt.com/login or via the Shipt mobile app.
- Navigate to your account page.
- Locate your membership plan then select View details.
- Next, select Cancel Membership.
- Choose your reason for cancellation then select Continue.

If you've signed up for a Shipt membership through Target, you can cancel your membership through the Target app. If you still need assistance, please contact Target Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869 and they will be happy to help.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Shipt account as soon as your cancellation has been completed.
