How do I cancel my membership?

We’re sad to hear you want to end your membership!

You can cancel your membership at any time by reviewing your subscription through your Shipt account.

You can also contact us via email at membership@shipt.com. Due to unusually high volume, our current response time is 3 - 4 days. Our team is working hard to respond to requests quickly and will provide you with a confirmation email as soon as possible.
