When will I hear back once I submit my interview?
Once you've successfully submitted an application or virtual interview, you'll receive a confirmation email and text. Our recruiting team reviews submissions based on need and will contact you with more information as need arises.
Hopefully so! To check if Shipt is in your area, go to shipt.com, scroll down to the bottom of the page (you will see a "More time, less stress" sign), and enter your zip code in the box. If we are in your area, this checker will tell you! If not, you can input your email to sign up for launch alerts. We will email you when we begin preparation to come to your area.
You can switch your pickup order to delivery anytime before you submit your order. If you’ve already submitted your order, contact us to have your order switched to delivery. Just remember that the items in your cart may change since inventories vary from store to store.
Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. Show your shopper some love and appreciation by tipping any amount of your choice! You may tip in cash or within the app after you receive your delivery and 100% of your tip will go to the shopper.
