How do I return a product I ordered through pickup?

It’s easy – you can contact us through the app:

  1. Go to Your Orders
  2. Find the order with the item you want to return
  3. Tap Any feedback on the items?
  4. Tap Issue for each damaged item
  5. Tap the appropriate response and add a note if you like

Our support team will promptly send you a follow-up email. You have up to 7 days to report on an issue with your order.
