How do I return a product I ordered through pickup?
It’s easy – you can contact us through the app:
- Go to Your Orders
- Find the order with the item you want to return
- Tap Any feedback on the items?
- Tap Issue for each damaged item
- Tap the appropriate response and add a note if you like
Our support team and we will follow up with you via email within one day.
Please note: you have up to 7 days to report on an issue with your order.
