  • If you would like to place your order for delivery instead of pickup, you can change it at any time before you submit your order. If you've already submitted your order, give us a call at 205-502-2500 or join LiveChat and we'll be happy to contact your shopper on your behalf to let them know the order is now for delivery. Please be advised that the shopper may not be able to deliver your order. We are happy to help you cancel your order and walk you through placing a new one for delivery. 

    If you've placed your order and are unable to pick up, you're able to have someone else pick up for you! Just tell the person picking up for you to give your name to the shopper. 

    If you're having trouble reaching your shopper, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you get in touch!

• Does it cost anything to start shopping with Shipt?

  • There is no cost to apply to become a shopper with Shipt. Once you become an approved shopper, we will provide you with a Shipt card at no cost.  
    
    As a shopper, you will be responsible for covering the cost of your gas, data usage, etc. However, as an independent contractor, you can file many of these as expenses when you do your taxes! Consult a tax professional for more information regarding these expenses.
