A Shipt Pass is a one-time fee for delivery from any available retailer on the Shipt app or Shipt.com. You receive a discount on passes when you purchase them in packs of 3 or 5. The more you purchase together, the more you save. There’s no delivery minimum, and they never expire!
Shipt Passes can be purchased at checkout, or at any time by visiting the Profile section of your Account. Choose the number you want, select your payment method, and confirm.
Shipt Passes are billed in a separate transaction from shopping orders.
Shipt Passes are auto-applied at checkout. When you place an order, one pass will be automatically applied to cover the delivery fee.

If you only need to purchase a one-time pass, a single Shipt Pass can be purchased for $10. You can do this before placing an order, or at checkout.

It can be used for delivery to any of your addresses, from any of our retailers we offer for that address. It includes the same trustworthy service you can expect from Shipt – fresh, hand-picked items delivered with a smile.
Shipt Passes cannot be transferred between accounts or be purchased as gifts. They are also unable to turn back time, give you X-ray vision, or walk the dog.
There are no refunds on single Shipt Passes. If you have a balance of 2 or more delivery passes that you would like refunded you can contact our support team at (205) 502-2500 or via LiveChat 24/7.
Shipt Everyday is a subscription that gives you a full year of unlimited free same-day deliveries on orders over $35.* It costs $99/year and auto-renews annually.
This option can be used for any retailer and includes everything you usually get with Shipt – fresh, hand-picked items delivered with unbeatable service.
*In areas where alcohol delivery fees apply, Shipt Everyday will not cover this delivery fee for alcohol orders. You must be 21 or older to place and receive an alcohol order.
You can purchase Shipt Everyday at any time by visiting the Profile section of your Account, the same page as Shipt Passes. Choose the Shipt Everyday option, select your payment method, and confirm.
You may also purchase Shipt Everyday at checkout for your Shipt order.

Yes, you can switch to Shipt Everyday for unlimited deliveries anytime – your unused Shipt Passes can be converted to Shipt credit for the original purchased amount. For assistance, please contact our support team at (205) 502-2500 or via LiveChat 24/7.
To cancel Shipt Everyday (our annual membership), navigate to the Account section. Within this section, under Profile, you should be able to cancel your account without needing to reach out.
Unused Shipt Passes can be refunded to the payment method charged for the original purchase amount. To receive a refund, contact our support team.
If you have not subscribed to Shipt Everyday and would like to, but have unused Shipt Passes, they can be refunded as Shipt credit for the original purchase amount. To make this change, contact our support team.
