I can't complete the sign-up process.

We are sorry about that!  If you are unable to complete the sign-up process, you first need to double check that every required field has been filled out. 

If you are certain every field has been filled out, then one of two issues may be occurring. 

1) Phone Number - This field accepts only numeric values and will not accept any dashes, dots, or slashes. Please check to make sure you are entering your phone number in the following format: ##########

2) State - This field must be submitted as the state abbreviation. You can find this in the drop-down menu, or you may type it in yourself. Please check to make sure your state is abbreviated.
