After my order was delivered, I found out that I was missing item(s) from my order. What should I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that you had issues with your order. Please contact us to let us know. 

You can contact us through the Shipt app.

  • Go to ‘Your Orders’.
  • Click on the order with the missing item.
  • Click on the button ‘Any feedback on the items?’
  • Select ‘Issue’ for each missing item.
  • On the prompt, select ‘Something Wrong With Item’, ‘Item Missing’, or ‘Wrong Item’.
  • If you choose, add a note.
  • Submit the feedback.

This will send an email to our support team and we will follow up with you via email within one day.

Please note that there is a 7 day limitation for reporting issues on an order.
