I placed a Meijer pickup order. What happens if I miss my scheduled pickup time?

If you placed a Meijer pickup order through the Shipt app or website* and are unable to arrive at the scheduled time, please contact our support team at 205-502-2500 or via Live Chat on our webpage and we will help find the best solution! 

If you are running behind by only a few minutes, you may also try to coordinate with your shopper to give your estimated time of arrival. 

*Note: Pickup orders are only available for select Meijer stores. All other orders placed through Shipt will be for delivery.
