If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password using either the app or the website.
To change your password:
If you are logged into your account, select “Sign out” on your account page.
Go to shipt.com and click on “Log In”
At the bottom of the login screen, select “Forgot your password?”
The Reset Password page is loaded.
Enter your email address and then select “Reset my password!”
Follow the directions in the email.
